Defnydd Melanie Fabrics is a family run business based in Capel Bangor near Aberystwyth, Mid Wales.

We run classes and workshops in patchwork, quilting and appliqué . We also teach other sewing related workshops such as card making, teddy bear making and seasonal projects.

We stock all essential products needed for our crafts, such as 100% cotton fabrics, waddings, threads, tools and haberdashery.

We design and manufacture our own range of patterns and kits that are available direct or by mail order.

Our spacious studio classroom can seat up to nine people and beginners and experienced stitchers are all welcome.

Our facilities include individual sewing tables, ironing station and use of tools.  Tea or coffee and a treat are provided during the class at no extra cost.
